In romantic holiday fashion, we got a call from Erna’s Elderbery House asking if we were available to photograph a wedding proposal the next night. One of their guests had planned to propose to his beautiful girlfriend during their weekend getaway to Chateau du Sureau and wanted to have the moment captured. While I was hiding behind some trees, Austin brought Alice to the gazebo and pond near Villa Sureau. Flowers and champagne were waiting for them and Austin got down on one knee to ask Alice to marry him. She answered yes with smiles and tears. After a few quick photos, they enjoyed a romantic dinner prepared by Chef Hart. We can’t think of a more beautiful spot for a holiday proposal. Congratulations Alice and Austin and we wish you a wonderful future!
