We just returned from Las Vegas where we attended the WPPI Convention (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International). In addition to soaking in photography and business classes and seeing all of the latest products and gear at the trade show, we participated in the international album and print competition. We were very excited that two of our album designs were awarded an Accolade of Excellence during the album competition. We were so thrilled to have such wonderful and genuine couples to work with in the gorgeous setting of Yosemite for both of these weddings this past year.

Johnny Stafford Photography Wins Two Accolades of Excellence in the 2010 Awards of Excellence Album Competition
Johnny Stafford Photography of Coarsegold, CA, has received special honors in the WEDDING & PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHERS INTERNATIONAL (WPPI) 2010 Awards of Excellence Album Competition. Designed to recognize outstanding photographers, the judging was held in Las Vegas, NV on March 6 and 7, 2010. “Nithya & Brady” & “Shannon and Tony” each received an Accolade of Excellence in the Multiple Photographers or Studio category. The Staffords competed against an international field of photographers to win such honors. The Awards of Excellence Album Competition awards are presented each year at the largest trade show, educational platform and convention in the United States for professional photographers. The 2010 competition included 192 albums in 5 different categories submitted by photographers from all over the world.
