All packages or a la carte product orders must be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding or event. All prints are custom ordered and created products must be paid at the time of ordering. Print and product orders cannot be cancelled. Prints may not be returned except if there's a flaw in the manufcturing of the print. Refunds and exchanges are limited to manufcturing defects only.
