Kim and Brian’s Yosemite Elopement

Officiant: Rev. Autrey Nassar
Floral: Sweet Pickins
Gown: White House Black Market
Lodging: The Ahwahnee Hotel

There’s nothing more spectacular than Yosemite on a winter day, blanketed in snow. Even better is a sunny day between storms. That type of beautiful day is what greeted Kim and Brian for their elopement in Yosemite Valley. They flew out from Tennessee to be married in Yosemite where Brian proposed under Half Dome the year before. They chose a breathtaking ceremony location in a meadow near Superintendent’s Bridge. In the summer this area would be crowded with tourists, but in winter, it was their own private meadow with a glorious view of Half Dome. With just us and Rev. Nassar watching from the side, they exchanged their vows privately. Before and after the ceremony we travelled around Yosemite Valley for some portraits. Kim had her cute white snow boots on and had no fear of walking through snow or the river. We truly enjoyed spending the day with a couple who is so much in love and fun to be around. Congratulations Kim and Brian!
